I found this in my notes. I"m not sure who said it or if it's paraphrased, but I think it is worth repeating:

"Core Energetics is about finding your "yes" to yourself and your life force, connecting from the heart and engaging the power of love, living from the Higher Self and transforming the place of negative intention, (you need to make it conscious first) living in truth and accepting reality as it is."
