Take a long slow inhalation and follow with a completely, emptying exhalation. Notice any areas of tightness as you continue breathing slowly and fully. Notice any areas where your body resists receiving the breath or letting the breath go. Keep breathing and allow a soft sound of your voice to accompany each exhalation. Let your belly be soft. Continue until you feel yourself gently, gradually drop into relaxation. Just notice your thoughts as they go through your mind. Try to notice without any judgement or any demand on yourself. Just breathe and be. Listen to your Higher Self.
