God, Higher Power, Inner Being, Goddess, Divine Master, Holy of Holies, Spirit...whatever you call it, take notice of your connection to it.  Is it easy?  Is it difficult?  Do you feel open?  Expanded?  Do you feel shut down?  Contracted? Resisant?  Reach out to the infinite energy.  Reach in to the infinite energy.  Is it only one breath away?  Or do you meet a wall?  Can you feel the blessed sweetness of the connection?  Or does connection feeling like a vague memory?  Wherever you are with this, can you accept yourself, your humanity, your inconsistency, your peaks and valleys?  Sometimes reaching for the best feeling/thought means accepting where you are.  If you find you can not answer 'Yes' to self-acceptance, you may need to move the energy of your 'No' to life, first. 
What sets Core Energetics apart from other spiritual paths is awareness of the negativity we have in us as human beings, not as something to avoid and get rid of, but as something to embrace as part of our humanity and transform.   Our negativity contains a life force energy supply that when tapped through deep honesty becomes available as creative energy.  Sometimes we need to go through our 'No' to get to our 'Yes'.
